RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We allow returns and exchanges for new and unworn or unused products within 30 days of the shipment date. If you wish to make an exchange, we gladly cover return shipping to you. Shoot us an email to let us know your package is on its way back to us. Include a note in your package that tells us what you’d like to exchange your product for and the reason for exchange.
If your merchandise is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, save all contents and packing materials and contact us within 5 business days after its arrival. Shipments that arrive in damaged condition will be refunded only after the damaged merchandise has been returned to Five Bamboo.
Should you notice any manufacturing defects in the products that you receive, please let us know and we will work to replace it promptly.
